The mission of the Health Start Coalition is to improve the health and wellbeing of pregnant women, infants and younger children. As a charitable organization, we need your help as a Health Start volunteer. Please consider giving us your time and energy!
We are looking for those people who have made a conscious decision to spend time in service to others. Whether you are from a business or a faith-based organization, or are a student or an individual, we ask that you consider volunteering for us!
We have opportunities for you to:
- Help out with Fundraising and Special Events.
- Provide Hands-on Assistance with Child’Space Parenting Classes.
- Represent Healthy Start at area Health Fairs and Community Events.
- Deliver informational Fliers and brochures to local Libraries, Churches, Laundromats, Hospitals, and Community Centers.
- Help us with the many important tasks around the office that ultimately help us meet our goals and provide valuable services.
